Kitty Kitty Bang Bang

Wreak havoc in this cat puzzle-adventure, created for Wowie Jam 3.0 with the theme 'Failure is progress'. Break bottles, start fires, destroy houses and... shoot a cannon? This cat is about to start a revolution! It's Stanley Parable meets Goose Game... but with a superior animal.
Made in way less than 48h with Unity 2020.2 and Game Creator by gypynkt (Sebastian Graetz), with original music by Tunglith. This was the first time trying myself on an animal character controller, and having a more complex quest system and environment interaction. I had to cut a level in the end because I ran out of time, it might come in the future.
WASD to move, E to interact, SPACE to jump, left SHIFT to run and jump further, ESC to pause menu.

Always considering it and I do have some ideas but time is very limited unfortunately.
THIS WAS AMAZING. For 3 days the models in this game are amazing, and its a very fun mechanic

can you add a low graphics mode
Hi, thanks for your interest in playing my game. I've already been thinking about this because you are not the first one that can't run it properly on lower specs, so I will see what I can do to optimize it. I'll let you know with the next update.

It basically had everything I love: Cats, fire, cannons. I look forward to seeing more. Making this gameplay video was super easy and such a blast because of how great this game was!

But I definitely have to overhaul the controls, especially the paw mechanic. By the way, it's easier to break the pots by jumping into them OR running into them while the cat is on fire. The fire and break mechanics actually interact with each other.

Thanks for playing and sorry for getting stuck in the terrain twice... Your feedback about the movement is good. I think i will have to completely overhaul the movement and animations but for the gamejam it was the best I could accomplish in the time.

Thank you so much for recording your gameplay again! Extremely helpful. Not sure if you managed to do it in the end, but you were really close to firing the cannon. Just need to jump with the burning cat on top of it from behind.
