A Dog To Rescue

Go after your dog in this puzzle bridge building game with an emotional twist, created for GMTK Game Jam 2021 with the theme 'Joined together'. Chop down trees, don't forget which bridge parts to build where and don't go to far from your dog!

Made in 48h with Unity 2020.3 and Game Creator by gypynkt (Sebastian Graetz), with original music by Tunglith. This was the first time trying myself on a bridge building game, there are a lot of things unfinished.

I spent another 3 weeks polishing this game and upload it for browser, please consider downloading the executable though for better visual and sound performance.

• AD to move and choose materials in building mode
  
• E to chop, mine and build, S to close the building menu
  
• ESC for pause menu

Tips:

• the closer you get to your dog, the more the connection bar will fill up
• you cannot drop gathered materials. so if you have the wrong ones, you need to restart the area in the pause menu.
